You'll need:
4-5 small-medium red potatoes
1/8 tsp Paprika
1/2 tsp Onion powder
1/4 tsp Garlic salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
2 tbsp Olive oil
Dice potatoes. I usuallly cut in half and cut in half again. If it's a larger potato, I cut in half longways, then cut in thirds. Mix seasonings and olive oil together. Drizzle over potatoes in pan and toss. Cook 40 minutes at 325 degrees. Toss then cook 20 more.
