Weeks 5 and 6 start tomorrow, Friday on the schedule is our Mondays.
I am in love with this Mexian lasagna. The combination of ingredients just makes the best flavor. I guess I was in the mood for Mexican because I noticed I have it on there quite a bit this week. This week I plan to refocus my discipline. I am focusing on 3 areas:
~nutrition-staying on point with my eating plan. Don't need to waste my workout by what I put in my mouth.
~sleep-getting at least 7-8 hours of sleep each night. That means lights out by 8:45 at minimum.
~exercise-getting at least 5 days of workouts in. Minimum. Would like to do 6, but I'll be realistic.
It's time to kick my butt in gear. I've been sliding through without strict discipline for a while now. Do you need a butt kicking from yourself too?
