Next week's meal plan is ready to go. A couple revisions this week. Bumped down to plan A since I haven't lost weight. (At least I don't think I have since my clothes are fitting the same. See previous blog post.) I am trying a new recipe called Mexican Lasagna that I will post later this week. I just pulled some quiches out of the oven that I threw together. We will see how they taste and post that recipe later. The roast will be posted later too. (Two additions to shopping list are a can of stewed tomatoes and an onion soup packet. You'll need those for the roast.) Hope the shopping list helps those that don't know where to start. After all I'm here to help everyone any way I can.
