I've never been much of a wrap eater. I remember on a flight to Florida having a chicken wrap and was iffy about it. Once we started the 21 Day Fix and clean eating (at least 80% of the time) I had to come up with some new things to eat since we found ourselves eating a lot of the same things. Here's my version of an Italian chicken wrap.
You'll need:
Chicken breast-skin and fat removed
Romaine lettuce
Flatbread Wraps
Shredded cheddar
Italian dressing
Remove skin from chicken and drizzle with Italian dressing. Cook at 375 for about 25-35 minutes. Slice and lay on wrap. Add cheese and lettuce. Roll up, slice in half and enjoy!
1 wrap is 1 yellow, 1 red, 1 blue, 1/2 green
